The Pilates method is a unique exercise that works for the inside out. Gently building a resilient body while keeping good postural alighment. Usind abodminal muscles with breathing helps to lengthen and strengthen the weak areas whilst relaxing any tense parts of the body.

Small group mat classes are graded from basic to advanced. Basic classes are a safe introduction to Pilates and lead on to challengin Intermediate and Advanced work.

Regulations

All sessions :

Are by appointment only
Must be paid on day of session or in advance
Mat classes last 1 hour
Lunch classes last 45 minutes

Please wear suitable clothing eg: tights, t-shirt, leotard, bike pants, or a tracksuit, and bring a small towel (hand towel) to rest your head on.

It is compulsory to wear fresh socks in class.

Payment is by cash, cheque or credit cards (Mastercard and Visa only).
