Regulations

All sessions :

Are by appointment only
Must be paid on day of session or in advance
Last 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes

Please wear suitable clothing eg: tights, t-shirt, leotard, bike pants, or a tracksuit, and bring a small towel (hand towel) to rest your head on.

It is compulsory to wear fresh socks in class.

If a client is more than 20 minutes late, the session may be refused and the full fee charged.

Payment is by cash, cheque or credit cards (Mastercard or Visa only).

Studio Fees

1. Studio Equipment classes should take 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes
2. All classes are by appointment only
3. The Studio needs 24 hours' notice of cancellation or the full fee will be charged for the missed class
4. Please wear fresh socks and bring a hand towel.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice of cancellation must be given. Full fees will be charged for late cancellation (with the exception of medical emergencies)
